決策智能是國家新一代人工智能的重要發展方向，也是實現國家創新發展戰略的重要基石。在決策智能的探索道路上，人機對抗已成為國際公認的重要途徑之一，而智能體可接入的人機對抗環境作為決策智能技術發展的重要基礎有着不可忽視的突出意義。
為推動人機對抗智能技術研究，中科院自動化所開放德州撲克不完美信息博弈人機對抗平台「OpenHoldem」。
該平台具有如下特點：
1.高性能在線對抗環境：支持2-6人無限注德州撲克對抗；支持人人、機機、人機等多種對抗模式；支持多終端並發訪問；支持AI分佈式並行測試；
2.豐富的基準AI：平台內置知識驅動推理型、數據驅動學習型、離線學習型、在線適應型等多種不同種類的高水平兩人/多人德撲AI；
3. AI研發技術共享：平台提供面向AI研發的工具包，包括AI訓練環境、AI編程接口、AI開發文檔以及博弈復盤服務；提供多種編程語言的SDK和示例代碼；平台可接收團隊/個人的自研AI，並將高水平AI納入為新的基準。
