高鐵娛樂購物城號稱是全台高鐵站的最大招商案，由廣三SOGO、桂亞國際合作的「第一大國際」標下，座落於烏日區的土地4.8萬坪，建築總面積18萬2千坪，規劃為地下1層、地上4層。

除了百貨商場、擁有5000個座位的百老匯等級影城、五星級酒店之外，還有國際會議中心、國際共享辦公室、國際多功能展示場、A級商辦大樓等，另外也有時下正夯的電競IP動漫主題館、AI商務旅館等。購物城的外觀將以「山雲水」意象，打造高質感風格。

為了方便民眾趨車前往，購物城也有4300個汽車停車位，及4800個機車停車位。不過，既然是三鐵共構，交通便利性自然不在話下，沒有交通工具的民眾也能輕鬆前往；業者表示要達到國際購物中心等級，目標是媲美杜拜購物中心（Dubai Mall）。

高鐵娛樂購物城預計每年可以帶來3千3百萬人流，同時也為當地增加了1萬6000個就業機會，前景一片看好，也為台中市的未來寫下美好遠景。
