Jason Kelce plays blackjack and goes to watch U2 at the Sphere

Jason Kelce is making the most of being in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl as he hit the blackjack tables and saw U2 on Wednesday night.

The Philadelphia Eagles center is in Sin City to cheer on brother Travis at the Super Bowl on Sunday.

He is expected to be sat alongside Taylor Swift at Allegiant Stadium when Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers.

It will cap of a busy week or so for Jason after he was also in Orlando for the NFL’s Pro Bowl games last week, where he took time out from football to visit Disneyworld with his young family.

But Jason is also making the most of his down time in Vegas, hitting the casino floor for a spot of gambling.

He was filmed playing alongside some members of Barstool Sports and comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura.

It looked as though Kelce brought his Super Bowl ring – won with the Eagles in 2018 – down to the casino floor and shared it around the group.

After leaving the casino floor, Kelce then went to watch U2 play on Wednesday night.

The legendary Irish rock band are playing a run of shows at The Sphere throughout Super Bowl week.

The Sphere was opened to the public last September as an entertainment venue off the Las Vegas Strip, three miles from Allegiant Stadium.

It is known for the LED screen that wraps around the outside of the venue and plays projections on the inside as well.

The Sphere is just off the Strip but can be illuminated with any design on both sides to cater to whatever event the venue or Las Vegas is hosting.

Jason also filmed a special Super Bowl edition of New Heights alongside brother Travis

U2 hosted the first concert at the venue, and it was a visible part of Formula 1’s Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Jason also recorded a special Super Bowl preview episode of New Heights, the hit podcast he does with Travis.

Both Kelce brothers’ futures beyond Super Bowl LVIII are subjects of intense public interest.

Jason has swatted away reports that he told Philadelphia teammates he is retiring after the team’s Wild Card loss to the Buccaneers last month.

The center has yet to make clear whether he will return to the gridiron next season.

Travis’ offseason activities may have little to do with football in the public eye now that he is dating Swift.

Attending Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’ concerts and getting photographed by paparazzi on the streets of New York City will likely happen.

Coco Gauff serves up warning to Australian Open rivals

Thrill-seeking Coco Gauff has rocketed down the fastest serve of the women’s tournament en route to a rapid-fire entry to the Australian Open fourth round in Melbourne.

The reigning US Open champion cast friendship aside in a commanding 6-0 6-2 victory over fellow American Alycia Parks on Margaret Court Arena on Friday.

Gauff clocked one delivery at 199kph but was more pleased about converting all five break points against her 23-year-old compatriot.

“It’s tough because she’s a big server, so you’re not going to be able to strike as much as you want to,” said fourth seed Gauff.

“I did a good job with that and also mixing the height and the pace of the ball.

“She’s a big hitter, she likes it fast. So I was just trying my best bonuses online casino to be aggressive when I could but also just playing with margin.”

Despite the one-sided victory, Gauff is predicting a bright future for Parks, who broke through to claim her maiden WTA Tour title last season in Lyon.

“I’m really happy with how I played today,” Gauff said.

“The scoreline says different, but she’s a tough player. She hits the ball big and I’ve known her since I was like nine or eight years old, probably even younger than that.

“This was our first time ever playing, juniors or pro, but hopefully we can have many more matches in the future.”

Riding a 10-match grand slam winning streak, and play casino bonus yet to lose in 2024 after taking the title in Auckland, Gauff has yet to drop a set this campaign and needed only a total of four hours, 20 minutes on court to make the second week.

Such efficiency has left the Crown-loving 19-year-old with more down time, and resisting the urge to hit the tables seems to have been more of a battle than her Open rivals so far.

“I have not gone to the casino yet, but I did last year and I won in roulette so I can see how people get addicted to that,” said Gauff, who bungee-jumped off the 53-story-tall Auckland Sky Tower in New Zealand.

“But here we’ve been doing mini golf, escape rooms, eating a lot and just watching the tennis.

“I always enjoy Melbourne. It reminds me of Florida a little bit with the weather and the crowds here are very nice.

“We love being here in Australia.”
